A 100m quote and a 150m quote are not the same package. The machine may be the same LY-150 platform, but rod quantity, weight, bit selection, circulation method, packing and freight all change with the required depth.

Do Not Buy More Depth Without a Well Plan
Extra rods add cost, weight and freight. If the local water table and drilling history support a 100m target, a 100m package may be more economical. If the expected aquifer is deeper, the 150m package needs enough rods and a suitable drilling method from the beginning.
Rod Quantity Changes the Whole Shipment
LIYO commonly uses 51mm heavy-duty rods for the LY-150 sales configuration, with a reference weight of about 4kg per meter. Increasing from 100m to 150m adds roughly 200kg of rods before considering the machine, bits, packing and other accessories.
Large Diameter Reduces the Practical Margin
A request for 150m depth with a modest water-well diameter is different from 150m with a very large hole. Diameter changes cutting area, circulation demand and torque load. Always match the bit to the casing and pump plan rather than selecting the largest advertised diameter.
Normal Soil and Continuous Hard Rock Are Different Jobs
The LY-150 is a compact and economical rig for appropriate soil, clay, sand, gravel and mixed formations. No responsible supplier should guarantee the maximum depth in unknown continuous hard granite. Rock tools, DTH equipment, a compressor or a larger heavy-duty rig may be required.
Quote the Complete Working Package
A useful quotation should separate the main machine, rods, selected bit, mud or air accessories, packing, inland delivery and international freight. This prevents a low display price from being mistaken for a complete 100m or 150m drilling system.
